  • DELIVERY INFORMATION

    UK

    Allow 1-2 working days for delivery if goods are in stock. We will notify you of any stock shortages via email. Goods will be dispatched via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery at a charge of £4.00.

    Europe

    We will ship to the countries listed below, however please note shipping prices are as economical as possible.

    Zone 1: — EU Countries.

    Allow 2-5 working days for delivery if goods are in stock. You will be notified of any stock shortages by email. Goods will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed for at a charge of £10.00.

    Zone 2: — non EU Countries.

    Allow 5-7 working days for delivery if goods are in stock. You will be notified of any stock shortages by email. Goods will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed for at a charge of £15.00.

    Europe: Croatia, Gibraltar, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Monaco, Norway, Russian Federation, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine.

    Africa: Algeria, Botswana, Cape Verde, Egypt, Kenya, Liberia, Mauritius, Morocco, Nigeria, Seychelles, South Africa, Tanzania, Tunisia, Zambia, Zimbabwe.

    Middle East: Bahrain, Israel, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates.

  • NON DELIVERY OF ITEMS

    1) Please allow up to 7- 10 working days for delivery after receiving our dispatch confirmation email before contacting customerservices@manhattanportage.co.uk.

    2) To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide a suitable delivery address where there will be a person present to sign for the goods and a contact telephone number.

    3) The courier will not leave goods without receiving a signature and in the event of non delivery at the specified address the Courier will leave a contact card to arrange a mutually convenient delivery time.

    4) We do not offer a Saturday delivery, however if your item is urgent please contact customerservices@manhattanportage.co.uk for the options and pricing available.

  • RETURNS

    1) If you believe your item is defective, contact customer services on customerservices@manhattanportage.co.uk. Detailing a description of your fault, the date you purchased the item, the relevant Invoice or Order Number, a contact telephone number and your name and address. Products returned for warranty service will be qualified for replacement at the discretion of Manhattan-Portage.co.uk. Defective items will be replaced with an item of the same style and colour if available, or a similar product of equal value otherwise. Damage to heat transfer prints on our Graffiti Bags do not qualify for warranty, except if the print was damaged upon initial receipt of the items.

    2) You also have the right to cancel your purchase order up to 7 days from the day after you receive the goods if you are simply not happy with them. In all cases please advise Customer Services before returning your item.

    3) We advise sending your goods by Recorded Delivery as we will not be liable for returned goods lost in transit.

    4) Please note we are unable to issue a refund on any postal/shipping charges unless your item is returning damaged or faulty.

    5) The right to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: -

    • a) In the event that the product has been used.
    • b) The product has been returned without original packaging and tag.
    • c) To any products that we have made or customised specifically for you.

  • WARRANTY

    Manhattan-Portage.co.uk offers a limited lifetime warranty on all of its products purchased from this website against manufacturing defects. This does not however cover damage caused by improper care, or the natural breakdown of material through extended use (such as fabric abrasion, zip wear and tear, and foam breakdown). Any intentional modification to your bag will void all warranty.

  • BAG AFTERCARE

    1) How do I clean and take care of my bag?

    Normal soil may be removed with spray cleaner or detergent and water. DO NOT BLEACH. Oil or grease should first be treated with a dry cleaning solvent, followed by a spray cleaner or detergent and water. Do not machine wash/ machine dry your bag. Do not have your bag dry-cleaned. Never force a zip to close an over-packed bag.

    2) How long should your bag last?

    Manhattan Portage bags are extremely durable, as they combine the finest materials (1000D Cordura Nylon by Invista, YKK zips, Delrin buckles, etc.) with impeccable construction. We use these more expensive materials so that your Manhattan Portage bag will keep up with your life, and not need replacing for many years to come. Depending on how you treat your Manhattan Portage bag, you will keep it anywhere from 5 to 15 years. Some of our customers have kept their bags for over 20 years, but you may want a new colour by then!
