      Best Bag in the World
      So many compartments, zippers, spaces, features... it seems endless. It's also rugged. I've bought two of these bags in my life.

      The first one I legit wore out: I had it for almost 10 years and treated it like dirt... I carried mountains of books, laptops, even barbells to work out. After a decade of rugged abuse, one of the metal clips for the shoulder strap finally gave out. But, no fooling, I really abused the bag badly, and it's a testament to Manhattan Portage that the bag lasted for a decade.

      The second bag I bought in 2018, 5 years ago, and I treated it a little nicer. Unfortunately, I just lost it, so I need a new one, but it was going really strong, and showed no signs of weakness or use.

      The bag is really easy to clean; actually, it doesn't seem to get dirty. At most, the red Manhattan Portage label gets a little ratty, but not too bad. Other than that, the bag refuses to look old or used.

      Honestly, I couldn't imagine buying any other bag.

      Great bag but could be better.
      I would suggest the following improvements:
      1. Remove backpack straps.
      2. Wider bag allowing for the removal of the zipper expansion.
      3. External water bottle or travel cup pocket.

      I bought my sister the Wallstreeter in grey almost 30 years ago when she was a freshman at NYU and she still has that bag!

      Recently, I bought my own Wallstreeter in red. Highlights include an expandable main body can accommodate a mid-2017 model 13" Macbook Pro in a padded case. 2 big pockets with snap closures under the main flap and 2 smaller internal pockets with zip closures inside the bag to organize all my daily odds and ends. A variety of external pockets for the stuff I need to get to quickly while on the go. Also includes a matching shoulder pad which is a thoughtful touch.

      So far I'm enjoying owning this Manhattan Portage classic!
