Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY

All purchases are shipped using DHL delivery services.

DHL Tracking

Orders placed on weekdays after 12:00 and orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the next working day.

Highlands/Islands/Northern Ireland/Jersey and Guernsey may take up to 3 working days. Please note, working days do not include Weekends or U.K. Public Holidays.

UK Delivery - from £5 - Free on orders over £100

EU Delivery - from £8 - Free on orders over £150 

 

Shipping Options and Times for International Orders

There are various shipping options available, depending on the delivery destination.

Most in-stock items are shipped within 1 – 2 business days and generally arrive within 2 - 7 business days. Since the delivery times depend on the destination you will be emailed a tracking number once you have placed your order and this will give you your estimated delivery date

Please note, although we are doing our best efforts to deliver your purchase during the estimated time frame, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

 

Duties & Taxes

Duties and taxes are set by the Customs Authority of your country and are based on a number of various factors, such as country of origin of the purchased product, VAT rates and local import taxes.

Please note, some shipping methods support calculation and pre-payment of duties. Shipping methods that support pre-payment of duties will be marked as such during the checkout process, so you can easily identify them. Should you choose to prepay duty and tax using the supported shipping method, you will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of your order (including all applicable taxes) during the checkout process.

Restricted Items

There are certain products that might not be shipped to your country due to local regulations. You will be able to see these items during the browsing of our shop. They will be marked as restricted.

 

RETURNS

If you purchased the item and change your mind or decided the purchased item is unsuitable, please read the below policy and return within 28 days of receiving your order. 

Returning Goods By Post

Make sure you write your name, address and order number on the returns form and enclose it with your goods and original dispatch note.

Ensure your goods are placed within a securely wrapped parcel. Please note your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a registered or recorded postal service. However, you must cover all return postage costs.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your exchange or refund to be processed. You will be emailed to confirm what action has been taken. During very busy periods this may take up to 14 working days, but we’ll make sure process it as quickly as possible.

All items must be returned to us in their original, pristine condition. Manhattanportage.co.uk reserves the rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned damaged or tampered with.

If you are returning the product because of an error on our part, Manhattanportage.co.uk will be happy to refund all costs associated in returning the item back to us, as well as your original postage costs.
